AHU casings are manufactured from our modular insulated sandwich panels with choice of cladding and insulation.

All units are mounted on a welded galvanised or stainless steel base frame with integral floor.

Every section which requires access is fitted with a removable access panel or a hinged door.

Each unit is fitted with primary, secondary and/or Hepa filters as required.

 

Filters are fitted in specially designed frames to allow for easy access for maintenance purposes.

A range of components such as cooling coils, heating coils, heater elements, control panels, lights, etc. can be fitted in the unit, depending on design requirements.

All our AHU’s can be supplied fully assembled or, where access is a problem, they can be supplied in component form and assembled on site.
